National Relay Service

The Housing Authority is committed to providing quality service and equal access to all of its customers.

If you are deaf or have a hearing or speech impairment you can contact us through the National Relay Service – an Australia-wide telephone access service that enables people who are deaf or who have a hearing or speech impairment to make phone calls using a wide range of communication devices, including computers, tablets, mobile phones, standard telephones and TTY devices.

During a call, a relay officer will act as a link between the Housing Authority staff member and the caller, who may be speaking, typing, or signing in Auslan.

Make sure you have the Housing Authority phone number you wish to call ready before initiating a call through the NRS.
