Four Department projects were in the spotlight at the recent 2013 WA Architecture Awards, with
The Lime Street Project claiming a top prize and three others receiving commendations.

Lime Street, in partnership with St Bartholomew’s House and designed by Formworks Architecture, won the Harold Krantz Award for Residential Architecture - Multiple Housing category, while the following were awarded commendations:
- Building for Diversity (Newcastle Street) in partnership with Foundation Housing Limited - designed by CODA Studio Department projects recognised for outstanding architecture
- East Kimberley Development Package (EKDP) in partnership with Wunan Foundation – designed by Iredale Pedersen Hook architects

“These projects are delivering much needed affordable housing opportunities that are of high quality and on par with those being developed by the private sector,” Peter Lonsdale, Director, Housing Programs said.
